Our facilities have 24-hour 7 days support, fully redundant facilities, and UPS and generator backup. Our Operations Department has satellite experts, IP and routing specialists to help you with your routing setup and provide you with either Static or BGP4 routing. 

Our Network Operations Centers are headquartered in England Martlschum with British Telecom & NileSat Earth Station in 6th October City. At our NOC, Global Connect Network’s technical staff are able to monitor the status of all of our international satellite links, and the performance and bandwidth utilization of each customer’s link, with the ability to make any necessary adjustments with regards to our global network. We will be adding an additional NOC in Europe which will be fully operational in the Second quarter 2002.
